Understanding the Issue
Loading problems typically appear as blank screens, error messages when loading tours, endless loading spinners, broken interfaces, or previously working features suddenly stopping. These issues usually occur when your browser stores outdated versions of the website in its cache.
Step-by-Step Resolution

Clear Your Browser Data
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac)
- Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and site data"
- Set time range to "All time" for a complete reset
- Click "Clear Data" or equivalent button (wording varies by browser)
- Close your browser completely (all windows, not just tabs)
- Restart your browser and try accessing SalesHub™ again

Try Private/Incognito Mode
- Open a new private or incognito window:
- Chrome: Click three dots > New Incognito Window
- Firefox: Click hamburger menu > New Private Window
- Edge: Click three dots > New InPrivate Window
- Navigate to TrueTour.app and log in as usual
- If the app loads correctly, this confirms cached data is causing the issue
