By following the instructions we've outlined below, you'll be up and running in no time.
Choose Your Signature Design
Below, you'll find a variety of buttons to copy and paste directly into your signature. In three steps, you're on your way to proudly sharing your SalesHub Experiences with every email you send:
- Let us know the HEX colors that most closely align with your brand
- We'll send you the branded icon you requested
- If you'd like to customize it further, let us know what ideas you have! Our creative team is ready to help.
- Once we share the icon JPEG, insert it into your email signature and hyperlink it with your unique SalesHub Experiences link (We'll show you how to find your link in the steps below)

Hyperlink Your SalesHub Experiences Link
Once you've inserted your button into your signature, you'll want to add your hyperlink. How to find your SalesHub Experiences link:
- Open your SalesHub
- Navigate to the Experience you want to showcase (often your My Collection link)
- Select your favorite public spaces, rooms and suites
- Click your "Share" icon in the top navigation
- Copy the unique experience link generated for you
Hyperlink your new button in your signature, hit save, and you're all set! Your signature is now ready to invite customers to step inside your property. When speaking with any prospect, you can simply say "click the link in my signature" and they'll be immersed in your beautiful spaces.
