Understanding SalesHub™ Pro Experiences
A SalesHub™ Pro Experience is a carefully curated collection of your digital assets (360° tours, 3D tours, photos, videos, documents, etc.) designed to tell a compelling story about your property. Unlike simply sharing individual assets, an Experience provides context and structure that guides clients through your spaces in a meaningful way.
Step-by-Step Experience Creation
Access the Experience Builder
- Log in to your SalesHub™ Pro account at TrueTour.app
- Navigate to the main menu and select "Experiences" from the left hand menu
- Click the "Add" button in the top right corner to begin creating
Collect Mode - Gathering Your Assets
The first step involves selecting assets you want included in the experience:
- Browse your asset library using the left panel navigation
- Use the search function to find specific content quickly
- Click the "+" button in the lower right-hand corner on any asset to add it to your collection
- Advance to Customize mode when you've identified all needed assets
- No pressure - you can always add additional assets later!
Customize Mode - Organizing Your Experience
In this mode, you'll structure and enhance your experience:
- Organize asset order by dragging and dropping in the left hand menu
- Choose your opening asset - select which asset loads first as your active display
- Add custom elements using the red plus icon in the lower right corner for voice elements or other enhancements
- Preview your work to ensure proper flow and presentation
- Advance to Share mode using the top center navigation
Share Mode - Finalizing and Distributing
Complete your experience and share it with clients:
- Name your Experience descriptively (e.g., "Johnson Wedding Proposal")
- Preview the client experience by copying the link and opening in a new tab

- Share via Existing Contact, Phone, or Email
- Generate QR code for easy mobile access
- Copy hyperlink for direct communications
- Add a custom message to personalize your outreach
- Send or distribute your completed experience

- Begin with impact by starting with your most impressive spaces
- Create logical flow that mirrors how a guest would experience your property

- Add context with notes and personalized voice commentary (Pro feature)
- Highlight key selling points that emphasize unique differentiators

Create Experience Templates
- Identify common inquiries and build standard templates for each event type
- Establish naming conventions for easy identification and organization
- Train your team to duplicate and customize templates efficiently
