Introduction
Welcome to SalesHub™! Your onboarding journey consists of five simple steps designed to get your immersive content live and your team trained on the platform within weeks.

Step 1: Onboarding Kick-Off Call
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will align timelines and expectations for your photoshoot, content distribution, and platform setup.
Before Your Call:
- Watch the Product Demo video
- Assign admin(s) to manage your platform and invite them to the call
- Invite team members who will coordinate the photoshoot details
Step 2: Photoshoot Planning Call
Work with our Project Management team to coordinate all aspects of your photoshoot and finalize your Master Shot List (MSL).
Before Your Call:
- Decide which spaces you want in your SalesHub™ platform
- Confirm space availability for shooting
- Have potential shoot dates ready (2-3 weeks out from the meeting date)
Step 3: The Photoshoot
After finalizing your shot list, we'll schedule your shoot within 2-3 weeks. International customers may need additional time for visa requirements.
Before Your Shoot:
- Prepare all spaces using the Photoshoot Checklist
- Watch the Photoshoot Readiness Video
- Ensure all areas are camera-ready on shoot day
Step 4: Post-Shoot Processing
Editing and integrating your content takes 3-4 weeks after the photoshoot. You'll receive an email notification when everything is live and ready to explore.
During This Phase:
- CGI assets will be created (if included in your package)
- Channel distribution setup for email signatures and website(s)
- Content integration into your SalesHub™ platform
Step 5: Platform Training Resources
Once your immersive content is live, you'll receive training resources to get your team started, followed by member training at the end of onboarding.
Timeline Overview
Week 1-2: Kick-off and photoshoot planning calls
Week 3-5: Photoshoot scheduled and completed
Week 6-9: Content editing and platform integration
Week 9+: Platform training and team onboarding
Note: International properties may require additional time for visa processing.
