Each team member plays a specific role in ensuring your success with Visiting Media:
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Your primary point of contact, guiding you from onboarding through content distribution and serving as your advocate within Visiting Media.
Project Manager (PM)
Coordinates your photoshoot planning, resource allocation, and timeline success while acting as liaison between creative and account teams.
Account Manager (AM)
Manages ongoing services, account growth, and strategic planning including new features, expansions, and renewals.
Executive Sponsor (ES)
Provides strategic oversight, ensures your project receives necessary resources, and facilitates escalations when needed.
Your Project Phases
Phase 1: Getting Started (Day 1-15)
Account provisioning, welcome call with your CSM, and software activation.
Phase 2: Aligning on Project Plan (Day 15-45)
Collaborate with your PM to define shoot dates, build your photoshoot plan, and finalize your Master Shot List (MSL).
Day 30 Milestone: Your SalesHub™ platform goes live and is ready for use.
Phase 3: Capture, Edit & Deliver (Day 15-45)
Professional on-site photography, editing and post-production, final review and revisions, content delivery and integration.
Day 45 Milestone: Your immersive assets go live on SalesHub™ and are ready to share with prospects.
Phase 4: Continued Success (Day 45+)
Ongoing check-ins, platform optimization, support through your CSM, and access to new features.
