Introducing "My Collection"
Available for: SalesHub SalesHub Pro
With My Collection, every SalesHub user can curate their own personal virtual tour with immersive assets. For example, a Catering manager can have an experience that only showcases the F&B related assets, while a salesperson can have a unique experience targeted to their selling segment.
- When a new user is added to a property their My Collection will automatically be created.
- Your My Collection contains all assets in the Asset Library to start. You can remove assets as needed to curate your collection. You can change this setting in the Experience Settings (see more details below).
- Attach your My Collection experience to your email signature so customers you are communicating with can access it on demand.
Digital Business Card Updates
Available for: SalesHub SalesHub Pro
The Digital Business Card provides contact information for a SalesHub user when an experience is shared, making it easier for planners and other contacts to engage with their sales rep. Controlling the information shared is now easier with additional settings and enhancements.
Profile Settings
To access your Profile settings, click your user icon in the top right of the window.
- New contact methods selector puts you in control of what information gets shared publicly.
- Preview changes prior to saving to ensure the information looks accurate
- “Delete Account” is removed to prevent accidental changes
Experience Settings
To access settings for an Experience, when in Collect mode, add at least one asset to the Experience, and then click the Settings icon . To make changes, ensure the experience is unlocked.
- Choose whether or not the digital business card should show for individual experiences
- Select the right user for each experience, which may be different from the creator
- Specify if new assets should be added to My Experience or not

Introducing Categories
Available for: SalesHub SalesHub Pro
Categories are a new way to organize assets, like folders. At launch, some categories will be created for you:
- Tags → Converted to categories (and will remain as tags)
- Hidden tags → Converted to tags
- Assets that are not tagged → won’t appear in a category. These will be at the bottom of the Asset Library and will appear in the Visual Builder under Other.
To create new categories, move assets into categories, and tag assets, see How to Organize your SalesHub Asset Library.pdf (attached below).
Presentation Mode Menu Redesign
Available for: SalesHub SalesHub Pro
Navigating presentation mode is simpler with all functions consolidated into one menu on the left side.
How to Navigate the Menu
The menu is separated into two sections: Category and Asset Type.
- Categories are set up by your Property Admin.
- Type represents types of assets within a property (e.g. 360 photos, 3D models, etc). Within each type, assets are organized by category.
- You can arrange both categories and types into any order you want. The Other category always remains at the bottom.
-
- Property Admins can control the order for the full collection
- Salesperson users can control the order in their custom experiences
-
- Assets that are not in a category will appear under Other.
- To easily find a tagged asset, search for it using the search field.
- Changes made to an experience (Full Collection or custom) that has already been shared with a prospect, will be visible after a refresh or page load.
- When you change an experience that has already been shared with a prospect, you must refresh the page to see that change. This applies to both Full Collection or custom experiences.
Introducing 3D Model Snapshots
Available for: SalesHub SalesHub Pro
Now you can capture a still image from a 3D model in the SalesHub Asset Library. (Only available for Matterport 3D models).
- Log into SalesHub as a Property Admin user.
- Navigate to the Asset Library.
- Select a 3D Model and find the image you want to capture.
