June 2025 Updates
Updates to Shared Experiences: Starting Points & Short Links
We've made two important updates to improve how you share and manage your digital experiences:
1. Set a Persistent Starting Point
You can now set a starting point within any Experience or Collection. This means:
- Visitors will always begin at the asset you choose - Guide your audience to the most important content first
- No need to re-share links when updating the entry point - Change your starting point without breaking existing shares
- All existing links update automatically - Your shared links stay current without any extra work
This helps guide your audience consistently and saves time when managing shared content.
2. Shortened URLs with visitme.co
Newly shared experiences now use a shorter, cleaner URL format:
https://visitme.co/[your-experience]
This makes links easier to read, more professional to share, and better suited for customer-facing communications.
Note: Previously shared links will still work and remain unchanged.

3D Model Enhancement Service
Our new 3D Model Enhancement service transforms standard models into visually stunning presentations with:
- Color correction for vibrant, true-to-life visuals
- Noise reduction and object removal for cleaner, more polished spaces
- Enhanced textures and lighting to elevate overall quality
This feature allows you to showcase your virtual spaces with unmatched precision and professionalism.

February 2025 Updates
My Collection Feature
Available for: SalesHub, SalesHub Pro
With My Collection, every user can curate their own personal virtual tour:
- Automatically created for new users
- Contains all Asset Library assets by default
- Can be customized by removing assets as needed
- Attachable to email signatures for on-demand customer access
Digital Business Card Enhancements
Available for: SalesHub, SalesHub Pro
Control your contact information sharing with improved settings:
- New contact methods selector puts you in control of shared information
- Preview changes prior to saving
- "Delete Account" option removed to prevent accidental changes
Experience Settings Improvements
When in Collect mode, access enhanced settings by clicking the Settings icon:
- Choose whether to display digital business cards for individual experiences
- Select the appropriate user for each experience
- Specify if new assets should be added to My Experience
- Receive in-app engagement notifications
December 2024 Updates
Categories Organization
Available for: SalesHub, SalesHub Pro
Categories provide a new way to organize assets like folders:
- Tags converted to categories (while remaining as tags)
- Hidden tags converted to tags
- Untagged assets appear at the bottom of the Asset Library
Presentation Mode Menu Redesign
Available for: SalesHub, SalesHub Pro
Navigate presentation mode more easily with:
- All functions consolidated into one menu on the left side
- Organization by both Category and Asset Type
- Customizable ordering for categories and types
- Improved search functionality
3D Model Snapshots
Available for: SalesHub, SalesHub Pro
Capture still images from Matterport 3D models in the Asset Library:
- Navigate to the desired view in a 3D Model
- Click the camera icon in the upper right
- Images download to your device automatically
