Best Practices for User Management
Designate 2-3 Property Admins - Multiple admins ensure coverage during vacations, departures, or emergencies. Choose team members with decision-making authority and technical aptitude.
Follow the least privilege principle - Assign most team members the Salesperson role. They'll have everything needed for daily work without unnecessary access to sensitive settings.
Review quarterly - Audit role assignments every few months to ensure access levels match current responsibilities, especially after promotions or role changes.
Plan for succession - Document key processes and train backup admins to maintain platform knowledge if key personnel leave.
Leverage role-specific training - Ensure each user completes training appropriate for their role to maximize platform effectiveness.
