Introduction
Efficient user management maintains control and security within your SalesHub™ Pro account while ensuring your team has appropriate access levels for their roles.
Understanding User Roles
Before managing users, familiarize yourself with the available roles and their access levels:
- Property Admin: Comprehensive platform access with full management capabilities including asset library management, complete user management, analytics access, property settings configuration, and all Pro features. Ideal for General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, or Sales Managers who oversee operations.
- Salesperson: Core platform access for sales activities including viewing asset library, creating experiences, using engagement tools, and accessing personal analytics. Added by Property Admins once the platform is ready for wider team use.
- TrueTour™ / No Login: Basic access through Full Collection Link for viewing and sharing public-facing content with minimal training required.

Best Practices for User Management

- Select Property Admins with decision-making authority and technical aptitude
- Use the principle of least privilege - assign Salesperson role for most team members
- Participate in role-specific training based on assigned responsibilities
- Review role assignments quarterly to ensure proper access levels
- Create succession plans to maintain platform knowledge if key personnel leave
