Property Admin Role
The Property Admin role in SalesHub™ has comprehensive responsibilities and full platform access privileges. Multiple Property Admins can be assigned to a single property, with team members taking on different aspects of administration based on their expertise and responsibilities.
Property Admin Access Privileges
Property Admins have comprehensive system access, including:
- Full Asset Library Management: Add, edit, delete, categorize, and tag assets
- Complete User Management: Add salespeople, view all users, and delete users when needed
- Analytics Access: View all property analytics including asset and channel performance
- Property Settings: Configure and customize property-specific settings
- Pro Features: Access to advanced features including voice memos and experience locking
This role is ideal for: General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, Sales Managers, or other team members who oversee sales operations and technology implementation.
Property Admin Responsibilities
Property Admins handle all aspects of SalesHub™ management:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Driving platform adoption across your organization
- Making strategic decisions regarding platform usage
- Monitoring analytics for long-term performance trends
- Serving as primary point of contact for your dedicated Success Manager
- Implementing expectations set by management company (if applicable)
Operational Responsibilities:
- Managing sales materials including uploading and organizing photos, documents, and videos
- Establishing platform organization based on property-specific needs
- Coordinating platform launch and implementation
- Adding and managing users during initial setup and on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring team training and platform adoption
Technical Leadership Responsibilities:
- Ensuring consistent usage across the team
- Onboarding new employees as they join
- Serving as subject matter experts for platform-related questions
- Planning photoshoots and managing distribution channels
Salesperson User
- Core platform users from Sales, Events, Marketing, and related departments
- Added by Property Admin once the platform is ready for wider use
- Requires standard user training to maximize platform benefits
Salesperson Access Privileges

- Create Experiences: Build "My Collection" in Starter tier; create unlimited custom experiences in Pro tier
