- Object removal: Eliminate unwanted elements from images
- Visual enhancement: Adjust lighting, color balance, or exposure

- Text modifications: Update overlays, captions, or branding elements
- 3D model adjustments: Modify 3D content (additional costs may apply)
- Quality improvements: Address technical or visual concerns
Who to Contact for Edits
For Active Projects
When your shoot is in progress or recently completed but not yet finalized:
- Contact: Your assigned Project Manager directly
- Include: Project name or specific Asset Name
- Provide: Clear details about requested edits
- Timeline: Submit requests as early as possible in production
Why this matters: Project Managers handle edits most efficiently while content is still in production—before final versions are published to your library.
For Published Content
When you need edits to content already in your SalesHub™ library:
- Contact: Your Customer Success Manager
- Identify: Specific assets requiring changes
- Explain: Detailed edit requirements and business reasons (brand updates, outdated elements, etc.)
Your Customer Success Manager will evaluate your request and recommend the best approach—whether touch-up edits or a fresh reshoot delivers better results.
Submit Effective Edit Requests

- Be specific: Identify exact images or 3D models needing edits
- Show, don't just tell: Use marked-up screenshots or visual references
- Prioritize: Rank requests if submitting multiple edits

Document Thoroughly
- Include exact asset names or file references
- Attach examples or reference images when helpful
- Explain the business value of each edit
