This article explains how customers of Visiting Media can request updates to property or relationship contacts in the system.
Solution
To update property or relationship contacts, please follow these steps:
- Click on the support portal link below: Submit a Support Ticket
- In the "How can we Help You" dropdown, select the option that says "Improving Outcomes or Making Updates (Customer Success)"
Additional Information
- Please include your account name in the request
- Specify which contacts need to be updated (property contacts, relationship contacts, or both)
- Provide complete information for the new contacts, including:
- Full name
- Job title/position
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address (if applicable)
- If removing contacts, clearly indicate which contacts should be removed
- For relationship changes, please explain the nature of the new relationship
- Our team will respond to your request within 2 business days
