This article explains how customers of Visiting Media can submit general account questions that are not related to billing.
Solution
To send a non-billing related account question, please follow these steps:
- Click on the support portal link below: Submit a Support Ticket
- In the "How can we Help You" dropdown, select the option that says "Improving Outcomes or Making Updates (Customer Success)"
Additional Information
- Please include your account name in the request
- Clearly state your question or concern in the subject line
- Provide as much relevant detail as possible in the description
- Include any applicable screenshots or reference materials
- Specify if your question relates to:
- Account settings
- User access
- Features and functionality
- Training resources
- Account status
- Data management
- Our Customer Success team will respond to your request within 2 business days
