This article explains how customers of Visiting Media can report changes in property management company or ownership group. Keeping this information up-to-date ensures continued access to services and proper billing.
Solution
To report a change in management company or ownership group, please follow these steps:
- Click on the support portal link below: Submit a Support Ticket
- In the "How can we Help You" dropdown, select the option that says "Improving Outcomes or Making Updates (Customer Success)"
Additional Information
- Please include your current account name in the request
- Provide the name of the new management company or ownership group
- Include contact information for the new management team:
- Primary contact name
- Job title/position
- Email address
- Phone number
- Specify the effective date of the management change
- Include any transition details that might be relevant
- Our Customer Success team will coordinate the necessary updates and reach out if additional information is needed
Important Note
If you're aware of a property that has changed management companies but Visiting Media hasn't been notified, please let us know. Our Customer Success team will proactively reach out to the new management company to ensure continuity of service.
