Best Practices for Asset Management
- Organize strategically: Create categories that match how your sales team thinks (by space type, event style, or property feature)
- Tag consistently: Use standardized tags across your library so everyone searches the same way
- Quality first: Upload high-resolution images (minimum 1920×1080px) and verify quality before adding
- Descriptive naming: Use clear titles and descriptions so team members instantly understand each asset's purpose
- Monitor file sizes: Individual files should not exceed 500MB for optimal performance
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Upload fails: Verify file size (max 500MB) and format compatibility
- Slow upload speeds: Try smaller batches or check your internet connection
- Missing assets: Use the search bar with asset titles or tags, or check the "Other" category
- Image quality issues: Review our Optimal Image Sizes Guide for resolution and format recommendations
