Introduction
If your TrueTour links are opening at an unexpected location instead of your preferred starting point, you're in the right place. This is a quick fix that puts you back in control of your tour experience.
Why This Happens
TrueTour links are smart—they remember exactly what you were viewing when you created them. If a link opens to a restaurant, amenity space, or static image instead of your stunning lobby entrance, it's because the link was generated while viewing that specific asset.
Think of it like taking a snapshot: whatever's on your screen at the moment you click "Share" becomes the default starting point for that tour link.
How to Generate the Correct Link
Follow these simple steps to create a tour link that opens exactly where you want it:
Step 1: Open Your TrueTour
Log in to SalesHub™ and navigate to your TrueTour property.
Step 2: Choose Your Starting Point
Navigate to the image where you want tours to begin, typically your main lobby, exterior entrance, or hero shot that makes the best first impression.
Step 3: Generate Your New Link
- Click the Share icon in the lower right corner
- Select "Share Full Collection"
- Copy the newly generated link
That's it! This link will now open your tour at the perfect starting location every time.

Pro Tips for Link Management
Test before publishing: Always click your new link in a private/incognito browser window to verify it opens at the intended location.
Create a link library: Keep a document with your current TrueTour links, their purposes, and where they're published. This makes future updates much easier.
Update strategically: Prioritize updating links on your highest-traffic pages first (homepage, main property pages) before moving to less-visited locations.
