How Starting Points Work
By default, experiences begin with the first asset in your left-hand menu. The starting point feature lets you choose any asset to lead your tour without reorganizing your entire collection.
Available for:
- Full Collection views
- Custom Experiences
- My Collection and User Collections
Setting Your Starting Point
For Full Collection Views
- Navigate to Presentation Mode
- Browse to your preferred starting asset
- Click "Set Starting Point"
- Confirm the button now shows "Starting Point"
For Custom Experiences
- Go to the Customize step
- Find your preferred starting asset
- Click "Set Starting Point"
- Verify the confirmation
Visual indicators will appear in your left-hand menu (visible only to you, not recipients).
Common Questions
What if I delete my starting point asset?
It automatically reverts to the first available asset in your menu.
Can I remove the starting point?
Every experience needs a starting point. To change it, select a different asset.
Will recipients see the indicators?
No. Shared links show a clean interface without buttons or markers.
Do shared links update when I change the starting point?
Yes. All previously shared URLs reflect the new starting point when accessed or refreshed.
