Engagement notifications alert you when customers or prospects interact with the content and experiences you've shared. This powerful feature helps you identify the perfect moment to follow up with leads and maximize your sales effectiveness.
Setting Up Your Notifications
- Navigate to the User Profile menu in the upper right corner of your dashboard
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu and click the pencil button to edit
- Choose which Notification Preferences trigger notifications:
- Asset (specific content)
- Engagement (specific users)
- Select your preferred notification delivery method (email, text, or both)
- Click Save to apply your settings
Understanding Engagement Alerts
When someone engages with your shared content, you'll receive notifications that include:
- Who engaged (if they're in your contact list)
- What content they viewed or interacted with
- When the engagement occurred
Using Notifications for Sales Follow-Up
Engagement notifications provide immediate insights for sales action. When you receive an alert that a prospect has viewed your content, you can:
- Follow up while your property is fresh in their mind
- Reference specific features they explored during your conversation
