Step-by-Step Integration Process
Step 1: Select Your Content
For SalesHub Pro users:
- Create a multi-asset experience featuring spaces from your Events page
- Include 360° photos of ballrooms, ceremony locations, and bridal suites
- Add enhanced 3D models of reception spaces
- Consider CGI setups to showcase wedding configurations
- Include photo galleries of unique wedding setups
- Title your experience "Distribution - Hyatt Website - Weddings Page"
- Open Experience settings and disable Property Info Card and Digital Business Card
- Lock the experience when complete
For SalesHub Starter users:
- Choose one immersive asset
- Select a 360° photo of your most popular ceremony location
Step 2: Generate Your Asset Links
For Experience Links:
- Click the Share icon on your Experience
- Click Copy to get the link
For Single Assets:
- Open the specific asset in your asset library
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Channel Distribution
- Click the Copy button next to Link
Step 3: Submit to Hyatt
- Request the Hyatt Distribution Sheet from your Customer Success Manager
- Paste your Experience URL in the worksheet
- Include the website page name (Weddings)
- Email the experience URL to your Hyatt Brand Manager for implementation
