How to Set Up Teneo Integration for Property Listings

Introduction

Teneo integration allows you to elevate your digital property listings by embedding immersive SalesHub™ virtual tours that help planners and third-party sellers visualize your meeting and event spaces with accuracy and emotional impact.

Creating Your Teneo Experience

For SalesHub™ Pro Users:

1. Create a multi-asset experience aligned with your featured segment:
   • Meeting & Event Spaces: Focus on 360° photos, 3D models, and CGI setups
   • Accommodations: Use 3D models for suites, 360° photos for standard rooms
   • Property Overview: Include 360° photos, 3D models, and aerial 360° content
2. Customize asset arrangements to match your narrative or key selling points
3. Title the experience "Distribution - Teneo - Virtual Tour"
4. Configure experience settings (see configuration section below)
5. Lock the experience to prevent accidental changes

For SalesHub™ Starter Users:

1. Choose your most comprehensive immersive asset
2. Typically select your most detailed 3D model of connected meeting spaces
3. This single asset will serve as your primary virtual tour offering

Experience Settings Configuration

Access experience settings by clicking the Settings icon next to your experience title, then apply these recommended configurations:

• Menus: Hidden
• Property Info Card: Disabled
• Digital Business Card: Disabled

These settings ensure a clean, focused viewing experience for potential clients browsing your Teneo listing.

Generating and Distributing Your Links

For Experience Links:

1. Click the Share icon on your completed experience
2. Click "Copy" to save the link to your clipboard

For Single Assets:

1. Open the specific asset in your SalesHub™ library
2. Click the dropdown arrow next to "Channel Distribution"
3. Click "Copy" next to the Link option

Embedding on Your Listing:

1. Email your Customer Success Manager with your finalized links
2. Request Teneo distribution placement
3. Your CSM will coordinate with the Teneo digital content team
4. Once placed, links appear on your digital listing for planners and sellers to access

Technical Considerations

Ensure seamless functionality by sharing approved web domains with your IT team, including https://visitme.co which power tour links. Use pop-up modals when possible to keep users on your website and avoid opening new tabs, which can slow load times and disrupt user engagement.
