Creating Your Wedding Experience
Step 1: Build Your Content Collection
If you're using SalesHub™ Pro:
- Navigate to your Experiences section in SalesHub™
- Click Create New Experience
- Title it: Distribution - Hyatt Website - Weddings Page
- Add your most compelling wedding content:
- 360° Photos of ballrooms, ceremony spaces, and bridal suites
- Enhanced 3D Models of your reception space for walkthrough exploration
- CGI Setups showcasing different wedding configurations

- Click the Settings icon (gear icon) next to your Experience title

- Menus: Set to Hidden
- Property Info Card: Set to Disabled
- Digital Business Card: Set to Disabled
- Click Lock Experience to prevent accidental changes

- Open your chosen asset in the Asset Library
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Channel Distribution
- Click the Copy button next to Link
- Save this link for the distribution sheet
Step 4: Submit for Hyatt Implementation
- Request the Hyatt Virtual Tour Form from your Customer Success Manager
- Complete the worksheet with:
- Your Experience and single asset URLs (paste the links you copied)
- The specific page name: Weddings
- Your property name and contact information
- Email the completed Virtual Tour Form to digitalcontent@hyatt.com
- CC your Customer Success Manager to ensure coordination and support throughout implementation
Your Hyatt's Digital Content Team will handle the technical distribution, typically placing your virtual tour in a pop-up modal that launches when couples click a "Take a Virtual Tour" button on your Weddings page.
