Introduction
Aerial 360° photography offers an interactive, panoramic view of your property from above, instantly showcasing your location against the best of its surroundings. With clickable hotspots, you can spotlight property features, top nearby attractions, and what makes your venue unique.
Getting Started Process
Once you've gathered your materials, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to schedule a call.
During this consultation, your CSM will:
- Review your provided materials
- Clarify your vision for the aerial shots
- Submit your details to our Project Management Team to book your shoot
Preparation Checklist
1. Select Aerial Altitude
- Choose one (1) height per 360° scene (e.g., 200 ft, 300 ft, or 400 ft)
- Preview options in our Aerial Height Demo Tour to understand how different elevations showcase your property
2. Highlight Your Points of Interest
Identify key features to highlight:
- Pinpoint what matters most on your property (pools, event spaces, rooftop bars)
- Note nearby attractions worth featuring (downtown skyline, beaches, landmarks)
- Share your property's must-see features (boardwalks, mountains, lakes, theme parks)
3. Capture the Ideal Point of View
Use Google Earth or screenshots to show:
- Preferred aerial angles for capturing your property
- Desired direction (e.g., facing southeast over the pool and palm trees)
- Annotate images or provide detailed notes in a Word doc, PDF, or image file
4. Schedule Your Shoot
Select from two scheduling options:
- Specific Date Request: List your top 2–3 date preferences (ideal for special events or peak landscaping)
- Clear Skies Priority: Allow our team to select the ideal weather window for optimal lighting and conditions
Property Preparation Guidelines
Clean-Up and Maintenance
- Trim, mow, and refresh all greenery and flowers
- Clean and stage seating areas, removing maintenance tools
- Clear debris and limit visible vehicles
- Hide or delay work that would be visible from above
Stage Key Areas
- Prepare main entrance, lobby, pools, event spaces, dining patios, and signature viewpoints
- Arrange furniture, open umbrellas, and ensure décor is welcoming and presentable
Day of the Shoot
What to Expect
- The photographer captures your aerial content independently; no escort needed
- Keep your phone handy for urgent questions and alert security about the drone
- Shoots typically occur within a one-hour window, though precise timing may vary
Weather and Safety Considerations
Shifting weather conditions or local airspace restrictions may occasionally require us to reschedule the drone shoot on short notice for everyone's safety. If this occurs, we'll notify you immediately and work quickly to coordinate a new time.
