Introduction
Multi-Property Access allows Property Admins to manage more than one property using a single login. You can switch between assigned properties without logging out or signing in again.
What Multi-Property Access Does for You
With Multi-Property Access, you can:
- Switch between assigned properties from the main navigation
- Access each property’s dashboard, assets, and settings independently
- Maintain the same permissions across all assigned properties
Each property remains separate. Changes you make apply only to the currently selected property.
Who Can Use Multi-Property Access
Multi-Property Access is available to Property Admins assigned to two or more properties in SalesHub™.
If you manage only one property, you will not see the property selector. Your experience remains unchanged.
How It Works
- Log in to SalesHub™ using your Property Admin credentials. (It is recommended to bookmark your properites page for quick access.)
- Use the property selector in the top navigation to switch between properties,
- Each property opens with its own dashboard, assets, and settings, keeping property data organized and separate.
Your permissions remain the same as you move between properties.
Current Capabilities
You can currently:
- View and manage each property individually
- Switch between properties without re-authenticating
- Access property-specific dashboards, assets, and settings
What's Coming Next
We're actively expanding Multi-Property Access capabilities. Future releases will include portfolio-wide analytics dashboards, TrueTour™ data aggregation across properties, and bulk management tools for updates that affect multiple locations simultaneously.
Getting Started
If you are assigned to multiple properties, Multi-Property Access is enabled automatically. No setup is required.
