Introduction
Portfolio Analytics lets Property Admins view analytics for multiple properties in one place. You can compare performance, review trends, and export reports without switching between individual properties.
Accessing Multi-Property Analytics
- Select Analytics from the left navigation.
- View a list of all assigned properties with key metrics displayed side by side.
- Use the search bar to find specific properties.
- Adjust the date range to update metrics across all properties.
Understanding Property Analytics
Each property appears as an expandable card showing:
- Property name
- Subscription tier
- Property logo
Expanding a property displays three analytics categories:
-
Channel Analytics
Displays how customers engage with content, including views, time spent, pages viewed, and traffic sources. -
Asset Analytics
Displays performance of digital assets, including views, time spent, asset count, and asset types. -
Experience Analytics
Displays engagement with created experiences, including views, time spent, pages per experience, and active experiences.
Comparison indicators show increases or decreases from the previous reporting period.
Exporting Reports
You can export portfolio analytics using the buttons in the top-right corner.
- CSV exports support spreadsheet analysis and custom reporting
- PDF exports provide formatted reports for sharing or archiving
Set the date range before exporting to ensure accurate results.
Comparing Properties
The side-by-side layout supports comparison across properties. You can identify differences in asset performance and engagement levels by location. Use these observations to inform updates across other properties.
When to Use Portfolio View vs. Individual Property Analytics
Use portfolio analytics to:
- Review overall performance
- Compare properties
- Prepare summary reports
Use individual property analytics when you need detailed data or to manage assets and settings.
Understanding Comparison Data
If you see No comparison from previous week, there may not be enough historical data for that period. This is common for new properties or recently updated content.
Limitations
- TrueTour analytics are not included in this release
- Analytics availability depends on tier (Starter, Pro)
