Introduction
This article explains how to switch between properties using the Property Selector in SalesHub.
Before You Start
You must be logged in as a Property Admin and assigned to more than one property. No additional configuration is required.
Step 1: Log In to SalesHub
Navigate to your SalesHub login page (truetour.app/signin) and sign in with your Property Admin credentials. If you manage multiple properties, you'll see the property selector in your main navigation.
Step 2: Find the Property Selector
In the top-left of the navigation header, the name of your current property is displayed with a dropdown arrow. This is the Property Selector.
The selector remains visible as you navigate through SalesHub, allowing you to confirm which property you are working in at any time.
Step 3: Switch Properties
Click the Property Selector and select a property from the list.
SalesHub updates to show the selected property’s dashboard, assets, analytics, and settings.
Your session remains active as you switch, reducing the need to wait for pages to reload or for credentials to re-authenticate.
Step 4: Work with Property-Specific Data
Everything you see now reflects your selected property: analytics, asset libraries, experiences, templates, and all management tools. Each property maintains its own separate data and configuration, keeping your properties organized and distinct.
When you're ready to work on another property, just return to the property selector and choose your next location.
Understanding What You're Seeing
Each time you switch properties, you're entering that property's complete environment. Changes you make—uploading assets, creating experiences, adjusting settings—only affect the currently selected property. This keeps your properties independent while giving you centralized access.
Troubleshooting Property Access
I Don't See a Property I Manage
Your account may not be assigned Property Admin access for that property. Contact your Customer Success Manager to review your assignments.
I See Properties I Don't Recognize
If properties appear in your selector that you don't manage, contact your Customer Success Manager.
The Property Selector Isn't Visible
If you are assigned to only one property, the selector does not appear. If you believe you should have access to multiple properties, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Best Practices for Multi-Property Management
- Confirm the selected property before making updates
- Finish or save work before switching properties
-
Avoid switching properties mid-task
