Current VR Capabilities in SalesHub
What Works in VR:
- 3D Models (Matterport) - Have built-in VR functionality
- 360° Content - Can be accessed in VR with workarounds
SalesHub Limitations:
- Native VR support not yet available in SalesHub interface
- VR button may be blocked by the share button overlay
- VR works best when content is accessed directly from Asset Library links
Accessing VR Content from SalesHub
For Matterport 3D Models:
- Copy the link directly from your Asset Library (not through SalesHub presentation)
- Open the direct link in your VR headset's browser
- Click the VR icon to enter VR mode
- Navigate using head movements or controllers
Workaround for SalesHub Interface:
- Collapse the left-hand menus in SalesHub
- Expand the "Highlights" carousel in the bottom left corner
- This raises the VR button above the share button
- Click the VR icon to enter VR mode
Via Mobile Device:
- Scan the QR code for your content
- Select "Enter VR mode"
- Tap the goggles icon
- Turn your device horizontally and place it in the headset
- Use navigation arrows to move between spaces
Technical Requirements
