SalesHub allows you to include video assets by adding links from YouTube or Vimeo to showcase your offerings in a dynamic and engaging way that can directly impact your sales proposal effectiveness.
Adding Videos Through YouTube or Vimeo Links
Prepare Your Video

Ensure your video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo
- Upload your video to either platform if not already hosted
- Set visibility to "Public" to ensure proper display in SalesHub
Get Your Video Link

Copy the video link
- Locate the share button on YouTube or Vimeo
- Copy the full URL of the video
Add to SalesHub Assets

Log in to your account
- Access your TrueTour or SalesHub account
- Don't have a login? Contact support for assistance

Add the video to your Assets
- Navigate to Assets and select "Add" and "Links"
- Paste the YouTube or Vimeo link in the URL field
- Add the video title as you'd like it displayed in the "Name" field
- Specify Category and Tags to make the video easy for your team to find

Save your changes
- Select "Upload" to add the video to your library
Options for Video Files Without YouTube/Vimeo Links
If you have a video file that you'd like to include in your SalesHub profile:
- Contact our support team via support ticket
- Include a descriptive title for your video
- Our team will convert and upload your video file for you - we're happy to help, just ask!
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Public visibility required - Videos must be set to "Public" on YouTube or Vimeo to display properly
- Platform limitations - Only YouTube and Vimeo links are currently supported
- No direct uploads - Direct video file uploads are not currently supported
- Display problems - If your video isn't displaying correctly, contact our support team
