Login redirection issues typically occur when your browser session, credentials, or account status is preventing proper authentication. The most common symptom is being returned to the login page after attempting to sign in, with no error message.
Step-by-Step Resolution

Log Out Completely
- Close all browser tabs with SalesHub™ open
- Clear any active sessions running in the background
- Restart your browser

Force Logout Through Direct URL
- Navigate directly to TrueTour.App/logout
- This ensures any lingering sessions are properly terminated

Access the Direct Login Page
- Navigate directly to TrueTour.App/Signin
- Avoid using bookmarked links or redirects

Reset Your Password
- Click the Login button on the sign-in page
- Select the Forgot Password option
- Enter your registered email address exactly
- Check your inbox (including spam folder) for the reset link
- Follow the instructions to create a new password
- Attempt to log in with your new credentials
