Why This Happens
Our platforms use iframes to display external content seamlessly within your experience. However, many websites block iframe embedding to protect their users and data. This is especially common with larger, security-conscious sites.
What you might see:
- Blank screens where content should appear
- Error messages about blocked content
- Prompts suggesting "open in a new tab instead"
Quick test: If the link opens perfectly in a new browser tab, the external site is blocking the embed—nothing is wrong with SalesHub™ or TrueTour™.
When to Contact Support
Reach out to us if you experience:
- 404 errors appearing inside the platform
- Previously working links that suddenly stop functioning
- Platform-uploaded PDFs or documents that won't display
When Support Isn't Needed
Don't worry about contacting us if:
- Links work fine in a new tab (that's just external site security doing its job)
- Major platforms like Facebook or Instagram won't embed (they block most iframe embeds by design)
