SalesHub™ experiences slow loading speeds or access issues when used from mainland China due to:
- Hosting restrictions - Our current infrastructure doesn't support China-based access
- Licensing requirements - We don't currently hold the necessary licenses for China operations
- Network infrastructure - Content delivery is optimized for other global regions
Affected User Groups
This impacts:
- Users based in mainland China accessing SalesHub™ directly
- International properties with significant Chinese customer bases
No Available Workarounds
Unfortunately, there are no reliable workarounds for accessing SalesHub™ from mainland China. The platform limitations cannot be resolved through:
- Technical troubleshooting or settings adjustments
- VPN connections or network modifications
- Alternative browsers or devices
