Adding Videos to Your SalesHub™ Assets

Overview

SalesHub™ and TrueTour allow you to include video assets by adding links from YouTube or Vimeo. Sharing videos can have a direct impact on the effectiveness of your sales proposal or experience by showcasing your offerings in a dynamic and engaging way. At this time, direct video file uploads are not currently supported.

How to Add Videos

1. Ensure your video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo with "Public" visibility
2. Copy the share link for your video
3. Log in to your SalesHub™ account (Starter and Pro)
   1. Don't have a login? We can help. 
4. Navigate to Assets and select "Add" and "Links"
   1. Paste the YouTube or Vimeo link in the URL field
   2. Add the video title as you'd like it displayed to your customers in the "Name" field
   3. Specify Category and Tags to make the video easy for your team to find
5. Select "Upload" to save your changes

Don't Have a YouTube or Vimeo Link?

If you have a video file that you'd like to include in your SalesHub™ profile:

1. Contact our support team via support ticket
2. Include a descriptive title for your video
3. Our team will help you get your video properly hosted and added to your profile

Troubleshooting

• Videos must be set to "Public" on YouTube or Vimeo to display properly
• Only YouTube and Vimeo links are currently supported
• If your video isn't displaying correctly, please contact our support team
